Didn't have frames to fit my small 10 year old except babyish ones. Ended up getting what we wanted from spec savers. Need to get frames to suit all sizes and ages

I attended my yearly contact/glasses check up at the Castle Mall Norwich as this is where I always see Hayley for my contact lenses because she is brilliant. Earlier this year I needed to see someone about my glasses as I was having a few problems so rather than wait I got an appointment at Riverside Norwich which was fine and my problem was sorted and I got new glasses. But when I attended Castle Mall this week there is no record on their system of my visit to Riverside I think this is really strange as they are exactly the same company so the glasses I produced this week at Castle Mall did not match the last prescription they held for me. Why do all your stores not have a link to the same system also because of this I had to go through all my medication again which was very time consuming.

The examination for both glasses and lenses is the best I've ever had. Time isn't rushed so it is a comfortable environment to ask questions in and get the answers. I was even taken out of the examination room to test the distance of my new prescription which is new but very reassuring! My only disappointment (and it is a small one), is appointments running late - I had to move a personal appointment this time round - the alternative would be to tell people how long they should expect to be there and this would prevent this happening again - just a little niggle. I really would (and do) recommend Boots Opticians to anyone that cares to listen!!

The optician was thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and why and he also answered my queries well.
