Overall service is always good,I always ask for same optometrist ,as I have found him very professional and patient and has always given good advice .

It was straightforward to book follow-on appointments ahead of time, and the staff were very accommodating in arranging this. Owing to traffic, I was 5 minutes late for my first appointment - but this wasn't a problem at all. I was acknowledged immediately at reception and taken to the seating area for the contact lens check-up appointment. I was seen within minutes of my arrival. In total I had contact with five members of staff, all of whom were extremely helpful, welcoming, polite and professional. I was guided through the various stages by the differing members of staff with ease. Time was taken at each stage to explain what was going to happen. I had no need to ask any questions.
