My previous prescription details were not with the optometrist at the time of the sight test so comparisons could not be made at that time. I received no feedback from the optometrist about my eye pressures or the photo result which I have received on previous sight tests and no information about changes to my vision or any recommendation on the need for a change of glasses. I was left in the waiting area while he was waiting for my previous test notes but did not return so I had to ask the optician staff for information. All very unsatisfactory.
