Sight test, optical pressure test, analysis and explanations by the optician, Mr Pritesh Pandya, was professional and in depth. Practical and realistic advice was given. No pressure to purchase was applied. Courtesy was beyond reproach. Environment was clinical and professional. Appointment time was prompt.

Very thorough I will always go to riverside Norwich. As new upto date equipment which is impressive as I am in high risk glaucoma. I don't know the opticians name but black very curly hair that saw me Saturday 10:15am he was excellent! Thank you
