Staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
Mark the optometrist was clear and honest with his findings and didn't try to make me have anything new.
Olivia the sales assistant was informed, very patient and honest with me didn't try to push sales and felt she was genuinely intersted in me being happy rather than making a sale.
