Am very satisfied with the whole process of check up, assessment, prescriptions, choosing and ordering two pairs of glasses. The staff who served me - from recption, through specialist, to sales person - were all polite and incredibly helpful. Also i feel that the two pairs of glasses reccommended are fairly priced. Many thanks.

I had a free voucher to have an eye test because I was due one. The eye test went smoothly. But after i was forced by the staff i desperately need to get their glasses because it was the opticians recommendation and I am pregnant. He made it sound like it was a life and death kind of thing. He wouldnt even let me leave just to go to toilet (pregnant issues! Peeing a lot!) i had to call my partner to come and talk to them because they werent listening that they cannot force me. My glasses would have cost more than a £100 bec the lens alone cost 80£ then add the cost of the frame.

I visited this store few weeks ago, the service by a young chap named Mubinel was exceptional. He always goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to cater to my needs. He is very welcoming and approachable, any questions I had he answered them all. The optician is also lovely and always provides a good service, I always feel satisfied. These two together are a very good team and boots have gained a loyal customer. Thank you for the service!

My contact lens product was inexplicably changed after my most recent consultation. I called up the branch (after a few iterations of being routed through to the main contact lens helpline). At first, I was promised a callback from my optometrist to explain the change. That callback never came. I called again, and was told I needed an appointment. That appointment got cancelled due to staff sickness, so I was given one a week later. By now, it was approx. a month since my initial call, during which time I had been suffering poor vision and comfort with the new lens product. The optometrist herself was efficient and clear. She informed me that the lens product had been changed by error (not by her), and also that the appointment was WHOLLY UNNECESSARY. She apologized and made the necessary updates, so I am now getting the correct lenses again. So, all should now be well, but I am unhappy that I had to take almost an hour out of work for an unnecessary appointment, and chase the issue by 'phone myself when the solution was simple. I found the other staff in the branch unknowledgeable and, in one case, having an air of disinterest.
