The service at the Boots opticians in Gallowtree Gate, Leicester, was magnificent. I was welcomed by Aman Sonja, who then calmly and clearly explained the 3 tests I was due to have. As we proceeded through these she clarified any concerns I had and was personable and kind throughout. I then saw the optician, Karishma Raithatha, who couldn't have been more approachable nor professional. She patiently explained what she was testing, described my prescription in the clearest way possible, gave me useful and comprehensible advice and never made me feel rushed nor inadequate. Together, these two immaculate professionals made my visit as enjoyable as it was informative and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking an in depth, reassuring and totally comprehensible eye examination.
