I arrived for my contact lens check up a little early and the girl took my details which is fine. However 20 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start, I got told by the management that they could not do my appointment on that day as the members of staff forgot to get my perscription faxed over from another Boots opticians. This was at 7:50pm at night so to be told after I'd waited for a long period of time that they couldn't do my appointment was infuriating. The manager was lovely and assisted me however they have had to book me in for another appointment the following week. Overall a rubbish experience to say the least!

Staff were friendly but I had an appointment at 5.25pm, arrived 10 mins before my appointment and was not finished until 6.40 pm (that was without discussing the option of buying glasses). I have my eyes tested regularly and have never had such a long wait/appt. There was no acknowledgement or apology for the length of time I had to wait. I also had to repeat the field of vision test, as optician said there was some concerns I wasn't seeing all the dots. The second time I wore my glasses and did not have any problems! As my prescription is at least -5 in both eyes, it would have made more sense to wear my glasses the first time!

Have been having a contact lens trial with Nim and am delighted with the care i have received from him. Constantly re assessing to make minor adjustments to my prescription so that i am 100% satisfied. Fantastic member of your team

Consultation for my son went well was conducted by professional and efficient staff, although was left afterwards for prescription untill nearly closing time and the kind gentleman on reception stepped in after and arranged this for my child when saw we were still waiting.
