I came in to choose some new glasses as my current glasses are beyond repair. Lauren the Optical Assistant was really helpful from start to finish - she arranged (without any hassle) for my prescription to be faxed across from Bishopsgate and then helped me choose some frames. There was a bit of a wait to get started.i would have preferred to get started asap. Also, there's not enough glasses to choose from. I think there needs to be more options at different price points. Other than that, the service was good. The optometrist was nice & I wasn't forced into anything.
