I went to Robin Park, store, Wigan, yesterday and what a fantastic experience. I was looked after by Katie, she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I didn't fully understand the concept of varifocals, I do now as everything was explained thoroughly to me re: frames, different types of lenses and their benefits, glasses cover, varifocals, readers etc. I went in for one pair but came away with two ordered. I have never used Boots before but I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you so much

As my mother suffers with macular degeneration I want to feel that my own care is as good as can be. I felt that nothing more could have been done to ensure that confidence in my optician. A very good experience.

I went to Specsavers first, took about an hour as they were rude, I then went into Boots opticians took 10 minutes to find a pair of glasses, didn't force me to try on glasses that I would never wear. Excellent customer service, I will be going there all the time now. Quick and easy. Waited a week for the glasses to be ready, perfect fit. No hassle and no problems. 10/10 for amazing customer service!
