I came in 2 days before and changed my address however on my appointment details the stickers all said my old address which I then had to tell 2 different people my address again

Staff were friendly and professional and explained what was being checked as I did the tests. When choosing new frames, I did not feel pushed towards buying more expensive frames and was given honest advice as to which frame best suited me.

VERY VERY limited choice of frames and sizes, Selectspecs.com offer different sizes and better value. Suprised a company like BOOTS do not have a solution for people with larger heads !
