My wife made an appointment for an eye test. When we turned up the assistant looked at us with total surprise why we were there. We were told that there was no optometerist to do the test. We weren't offered an apology or any suggestion as to what they would do. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.
We went next door to Specsavers who couldn't have been more helpful. It was telling that there were no customers in Boots, while Specsavers was very busy.
My wife and I will both be going to Specsavers in the future.
