My care at Boots has and is always good. Patrick is my Optimetrist and is always so considerate and pleasant. He clearly explains everything. I was just going for a check up.

Patrick knows I don't want contact lenses as my glasses are only required for reading. Staff are nice and friendly and the eye tests are thorough with a great explanation on each part of the process.

Friendly, had no apppintment and they fitted me in there and then. Did not force me to buy anything more than I needed. Honest opinion about the frames and they were not the most expensive ones that I wanted but he advised me other frames suited me better. Best service I have ever had since I started wearing glasses from many other opticians

I have recently had a cataract operation on my right eye. I attended to have the follow up test. everyone at London Road were very helpful and Maria was helpful and is trying to get another appointment at the hospital. I have always had good attention when I go to the shop.
