Received a letter to say an appointment was due with various ways to arrange. Called in to make an appointment. Staff were friendly & helpful. Optician explained things as we went along.

The choice of product is bewildering. Overnight I changed my mind and decided to go for a more expensive frame. I rang and was told that the order had been placed and could not be changed. This is not customer friendly or helpful. I have to travel quite some distance which has always seemed worthwhile - I think I may give a more local optician a try next time in light of experience yesterday and over night.
