The online booking was not straightforward. It would help to have a list of the possible charges - for glasses and the add-ons - so that decisions costing a lot of money did not have to be made on the spur of the moment and in front of the assistants.

Your online booking service was dreadful. I received an email a few hours prior to my appointment with details of time. I had previously received an email, apologising for the delay in giving me an appointment and giving me a free eye test. Since I live in Scotland and the appointment was in Edinburgh and we have free eye tests, what was the point! The store staff were very good.
