Icalled the shop a few hours before the appointment to explain that my partner, for whom l had made the appointment, had dementia and that l was not sure how he would cope with the eye test . The girl l spoke to could not have been more helpful and understanding and she said she would make sure that the optometrist was made aware of the situation. The service we received during the eye test and then while selecting frames was outstanding. Again , today when we picked up the glasses we could not have had more efficient , friendly and helpful service. Top marks to the team at London Road.
