I had to wait 10/15 mins past my appointment time as another issue was being sorted out when i got to the desk. When i did get seen i confirmed my name etc with assistant then had to take another seat till the prescreening machines were set up. There was a lot of chit chat taking place while this was happening between staff. I eventually said i have made plans to meet someone so can this be speeded up a bit, to be told i could reschedule if I wished. I don't think it was the best service I have ever received so I am probably not likely to return when my next test is due. Aside from this issue the staff were very friendly.

They were great with my son, it was quiet so they were all happy to entertain (and be entertained by) a lively 6yr old. However the prices leave a lot to be desired - specsavers may be too busy and not great at customer service but the price is most definitely right!

Thorough eye exam with time taken during consultation to explain why the various tests were being done. Helpful dispensing staff who again took time to ensure new glasses would be fit for purpose.

I was taken great of at boots opticians Trowbridge , easy to find store , well laid out and lots of choice with welcome advice on style and suitability, friendly staff Tom, Yaz and Sarah made all the difference , overall a great team! many thanks
