May I take the opportunity to praise Sam the optometrist and Lorraine the trainer for their fantastic service and help, after having received what I seem to be poor service on a couple of trips to this branch, they are the reason why I am continuing with using Boots service. On my second appt with Lorraine my prescription lenses couldn't be found , they were 're ordered and was told that I would recieved a call when they were in store, but I received no call. When I called I was told the lenses were in store but on arrival the practice manager checked them and said they were not my prescription and would 're order them, again I was told I would be called or the lenses sent out but again I followed this up with a call. When finally picking up the lenses. ..no mention was made if lotions or storage for lenses...so I purchased them elsewhere with view to not getting lenses from Boots. On reflection this would not have been fair and supportive of the fantastic help, support and advice that Sam and Lorraine have given me in making the transition to contact lenses, an asset to your organisation.
