The staff on both occasions were excellent, but I would forget using the internet site for organising your appointment, phone your local boots and make it with them direct because the last two appointments using their internet system have failed(sorry you can blame the system for no appointment showing on just having a new system because the same thing happened a year ago)
Everything else went well.
