The girl who did my pre checks explained everything clearly before the start of each test. I felt very comfortable doing the tests
The optometrist explained each test/procedure very well. He was very helpful, explaining about the option of contact lenses.
The young man who saw me after the optometrist was very pleasant and helpful.
When I returned the next day to choose my new glasses the lady who helped was very helpful, making very useful comments and suggestions. She was very thorough and pleasant.
