I tried to buy some cycling sports glasses. 7 days before, the shop assistant said I need updated eye test results before they could order as I had my last eye test at another shop. I collected the details and handed them in. Booked appointment for following Saturday to select and have measurements taken. Turned up and bloke said he did not have the eye test results and I Should go away and get another copy. Refused to do this as already did this the week before. Walked out in disgust. He phoned 20 minutes later to say he found my card with results and I should book another appointment. After wasting 1 morning I was not going to waste another! I have had eye tests and brought glasses from Boots so did not expect this treatment and at the moment will be getting my glasses from another company. Had the bloke bothered to look for my results or had they been put in my file when I handed them in this would not have happened. I have to make special trips every time I go to Boots .
