Good services all was ok
I attended my appointment on Friday 15th September.
Yes the staff were friendly etc & the Optician good but - I did not really appreciate being kept waiting for such a long time.
Apparently there was an 'emergency '. I stayed to see the Optician but left with my prescription as after waiting so long, I had no time to select my new glasses as the car park ticket was running out.
I now have to make a return trip to choose my glasses and that I do not really please me.
Apparently there had been an emergency of some kind and appointments were running late. However, the staff kept me updated and I received excellent care. Choosing frames is difficult because when I remove my specs I can't see what I look like so Emilie took photos of me on the iPad to help. Brilliant!
Wonderful staff though I felt products were expensive , and the choice was not great
From first phoning up to get an appointment everyone was very courteous and considerate.
I use a power wheelchair but never once felt that I was a nuisance - or that I was receiving a different type of attention or care from anyone else waiting to be attended too.
All staff were very pleasant, had a smile for everyone, even when they were very busy.
I left after my appointment feeling that everything had been explained to me in great detail and feeling very reassured about my sight problems.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, considerate optician!
