Service was excellent and staff very friendly and smiley. Booking was easy online, however the confirmation was slightly confusing as having booked 2 appointments (one for me, one for my partner) we received only 1 confirmation email. 2 confirmation texts were received prior to our appointments though.

Staff accommodated my being unavoidably late for the appointment. Nothing but praise for the staff. Disappointed in choice of simple frames. Disappointed at ridiculous cost/ impossibility of changing the lenses in frames you already have and like.
