Very confusing - optician told me that my prescription was the same except that my astigmatism was worse in both eyes. When I got home the booklet containing the prescription was blank. I went in next day to buy glasses and the prescription on the computer was different to what the optician told me. I didn't want to spend money on glasses with the wrong data so I've had to book another eye test.

Too useless bureaucracy (tick boxes) , one nice Optometrist (the second one), one hour at least due to stupid useless bureaucracy

The optician was very knowledgeable and put me at easy. But half his equipment didn't seem to work.

Mr Peter Gammidge was very thorough and helpful explaining the medical situation with my eyesight very clearly and well Both my wife and myself always prefer to be seen by Mr Gammidge when he is available My eye test was a very pleasing and satisfying experience

Excellent and friendly services right from walking through the door. Optometrist explained everything clearly and was very reassuring.
