I cannot fault the service I received. All the staff were helpful and there was no sense of being hurried. I was seen on time which was appreciated and not kept waiting which, alas, is frequently the case in various areas of healthcare. Neither will I be kept waiting for my spectacles; eight days, which came as the most pleasant of surprises! Thank you all very much.

Friendly front of house staff. They clearly know their job. Optician was extremely professional and took time to explain each test as the appointment went. 10/10. One very satisfied customer.

I went into the branch to try and get some badly 'distorted' glasses mended. This was not possible but the ever helpful staff arranged for an eye test and a new pair organised within an hour.
