The excellent standard of care and caring never varies. The staff are always patient and good humoured and welcoming to relatives and friends visiting. Food is of excellent quality, quantity is appropriate and the menu is very varied. Food and drink are available at any time. The whole home is clean without being clinical. The residents are taken out, in wheelchairs if appropriate, to the seafront or town. There is a lovely space outside where residents can sit in the better weather which overlooks the bowling green and is very peaceful. Activities are frequent and include bingo and involvement in caring for the pots and hanging baskets. No one does anything they do not want to as they are always asked and listened to. We feel safe knowing Mum is there.
