Sharan is a very caring and knowledgeable lady. She has the ability to bring confidence and belief to you with her positive manner, which is wonderful when you are facing a very serious illness. She is always there when you have any concerns and always sorts things out in a very thorough way. She also has personal touch, always remembering to ask about my little boy which makes me feel a little special. I am so grateful to her, Mr O'Reilly and his team for looking after me so well. Thank you Sharan x
