Joanna is always willing to see patients within our Emergency department , she has access to our Symphony so often attends ED before patients are referred to mental health for an assessment . Joanna worked within the Emergency Department as a Band 5 registered nurse and I still consider her as a vaulable member of our multi-discplinary team.

Very caring, supportive and calm. Realistic approach to patient care and doesn't promise solutions that won't happen but instead works with patients to make shared decisions and set achievable goals. Always assesses patients promptly. A pleasure to work with.

From a colleagues point of view I find the service provided by Jo Quick very valuable in that when called to attend the dept it is done in a timely manner. Jo is very understanding to all her clients/patients in showing them compassion, empathy and understanding. All her clients/patients are shown respect and helped to keep their dignity at all times..
