Carol supported me to titrate onto ADHD medication for the first time, while at the same time I had just had a baby and was breastfeeding. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to research/discuss my case with colleagues to make sure my titration was safe for my baby whilst also being effective for me. She was so patient and supportive, particularly when I struggled with my limited medication options and also when I suffered with low mood during the third lockdown. It took a long time to get things right and despite the service being overwhelmed, and Carol must have been exceptionally busy, she was always present and responsive and never rushed things or made me feel pressured to discharge from titration.
