Carol was always patient and compassionate, and went above and beyond to help. Remote care is often impersonal or detached but Carol was neither - I felt she genuinely cared about finding the right medication, hearing my concerns, and improving quality of life in general.
I’m a mental health professional so have worked with many MH nurses and can safely say that Carol is absolutely exceptional. I’m immensely grateful for all her help and support.
