Carol was excellent. Whenever I had any questions she would respond quickly. She made me feel that I was being looked after, she would always call me when I mentioned any side affects of the medicines I had been taking. She'd explain the possible causes of these side affects and how I could mitigate them. She advised me to call my GP to make sure that they would enter a shared care agreement once I had completed my titration. She then detailed how the shared care agreement would commence and advised me on what to do. Once I had completed my titration she wrote up a report for my psychiatrist within the hour. I ran out of medicine before I could be transferred to a shared care, fortunately Carol posted me a prescription the next day and waived her prescription fee. Carol was absolutely excellent.
