Mandy is so lovely. I very much needed the face to face care and Mandy has been simply wonderful in every way post surgery. She’s been available at the end of a phone all day every day. I wouldn’t be where I am without her

Mandy has been phenomenal throughout and has frequently gone above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, had all of the equipment and information I need. Most importantly, she takes the time to listen and it is clear her compassion is genuine. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mandy to anyone and she is an asset to the healthcare profession.

The care delivered by the nurse has been shown to be very effective in the recovery and improvement of my health, the nurse provided good advice, listening and help on every visit as well as out of hours. The nurse followed all government guidelines on every visit, wearing her PPE. Overall, the nurse has provided amazing care and assistance for me in regard to my holistic care needs. The nurse had a lovely warm personality making me and my family very welcoming as well as supporting us as a whole family when needed.

She asks me a lot of questions to ensure I know everything to manage my stoma bag. I may not know somethings as stoma bag is new for me but she explains me about about all the possibilities which can be new for me.

I have been a qualified nurse for 30 years, working as a Specialist Nurse for the last 10 years in Stoma Care, Urology and Functional Bowel Issues. This has given me a wealth of expert knowledge in Specialist Practice.
I have worked in the NHS, Private and Community Settings. This enables me to offer high quality individualised holistic patient care. Acting with care and empathy and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
I work in the Birmingham area supporting Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust and Birmingham Heartlands NHS Trust supporting NHS staff and District Nursing Services. Providing a seamless transition from hospital to home.
My proudest achievement is being nominated and receiving a Florence Nightingale Award and for also being given a Nurse of the Year Award.
