I did not have to wait for my appointment with Mrs Delchar and her team (Dawn and Michelle) yesterday. In fact, they were waiting for me as the scan that I had beforehand had run late. However, they were aware of this and did not blame or rush me. I could not have had better service than I received from them. They were friendly, understanding, supportive and interested in my needs. They were well informed of my medical history and information about the next stage of my treatment was explained to me clearly and fully, dispelling any fears that I may have had. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with myself and my team at our hysteroscopy clinic. All feedback is important to us and your kind and lovely comments make us all proud to be able to work together as a team and for our Trust. I have forwarded your feedback on to Dawn and Michelle

Although the team (Lois, Bonnie and Trina) were efficient and thorough, I didn't feel rushed or just another patient on a conveyor belt. I was treated as an individual and everything was explained to me in a kind and thorough manner by Lois. Bonnie was the first person I met. She was especially pleasant and her friendly manner put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she was reassuring and helpful. All in all one of the best teams I have dealt with (and there have been many over the years in various disciplines/hospitals!)

Thank you for your feedback and sharing your experience with myself and my team when you where seen in our hysteroscopy clinic. We all understand how stressful and frightening it can be for our lady's especially if they may never have been to a hysteroscopy clinic before and don't know what to expect. We always respect and listen to our lady's concerns and try and make them feel as much at ease as we possibly can by starting off greeting them in a positive manner. I can only aim to do this with a good team to support me. I have passed your lovely comment on to Trina and Bonnie.

The care I experienced today was exceptional. Mrs Lois Delchar and her nurses Fionnula and Add Ola were very reassuring gentle and understanding. The level of care I received alongside the thoroughness of my procedure I cannot comment enough. They are a lovely team who I felt total confidence in who are a true credit to our NHS.
