I was absolutely petrified when I walked into the room but Lois put me completely at ease; she listened to my fears and worked with me on this. At no stage did I feel that I was being a wimp or a nuisance. Although the procedure was quite uncomfortable, we managed it and I'm so glad that I went through with it without having to come back another day for an anaesthetic. Lois and the two other nurses working alongside her were exemplary.

Thank you for your kind feedback, unfortunately for some ladys the procedure can be a little uncomfortable and we try and give as much support and listen to their concerns to try and help put ladys at ease

Lovely lady who made me feel relaxed. She explained everything quite clearly and put me at ease.

I can't praise Lois and her team highly enough. I was slightly anxious about the procedure but can honestly say never felt any discomfort or pain and was diverted by the HCO chatting about my nails!

This lady is one in a million. I could not have had better care, she explained everything and was really calm very kind and so caring made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in having a procedure that I was dreading. 12/10!!

I have been working at Queens Hospital as a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 2005. I enjoy my role in supporting women with menstrual issues who are referred to my own nurse-led clinics.
