Lois completely put me at my ease as did Dawn and Amber. Very caring and explained everything that was going to happen and when it was happening. They are a credit to their profession. Many thanks

The nurse and her team were very caring answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed before my procedure. Thank you all as I was very nervous not knowing what was to come but all was explained in detail.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. We understand it may be difficult for some ladies to relax at such a stressful time. I'm very lucky to have a team of nurses to assist me and support my patient through the procedure.

She’s amazing! I’ve never met such a caring nurse in my life...she reminds me of Florence Nightingale. Her othe team mates Dawn and Michelle are fantastic as well. Dawn’s smile is so welcoming that you’ll forget all your anxieties and problems! Michelle helped me not to feel that I was ill... the assurance, WOW! They truly care and understand their profession. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back Lois, Dawn and Michelle. I was broken but Fod used you to heal me. God bless you all. Eugenia Coffiexx

Very good care by Lois, having an invasive gynaecological procedure is not something any woman looks forward to but Lois and her team were very caring, kind and understanding about this. They made me feel very comfortable and as many others have said, unrushed. Lois explained all that was going to happen and next steps. Excellent, Lois sets an example in what patient care should be.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. Hysteroscopy is an invasive procedure and it is important women are made to feel comfortable and are given time to absorb information and understand what is involved. It is also important they do not feel rushed at anytime during of the consultation / procedure and are comfortable to ask questions.

Wonderful care from Lois, Dawn and Michelle. All Ladies helped me feel relaxed and ‘normal’. Lois is a great specialist in her own right and spoke to me as an advisor and a good friend. Could not recommend these Ladies more. Shining examples of great expectations from the NHS and beyond. Thank you all so much.
