Explained procedure in great detail, but in a way that I could understand. I suffer from panic attacks, but the team made me feel at ease so I never felt nervous .

I was very emotional when I attended my appointment with Mrs Lois Delcher. Both her and the nurses Amber and Pippa were kind, caring and supportive. They explained everything to me and my daughter about what was going to happen.

Mrs Lois Delchar is very efficient and she explained fully what she and the team are going to do to my case. I was much relaxed after the introduction performed by the team, was able to ask and understand the procedure. I should thank the team Ms.Dawn and Ms.Amber they were very kind and helpful through out my short stay at Queen's.

I must say that Lois and her team were very professional and very caring. Obviously any procedure that is Gynaecology can be a bit embarrassing for any woman even if we have had children. Lois was very gentle and explained exactly what was happening and the other nurses (sorry I am not sure of their names) were kind and put me at ease. Thank you lovely ladies. Queens Hospital should be very proud of this department.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. Your kind words make me feel very proud to be a nurse hysteroscopist. As you mention any, gynaecological procedure can be embarrassing and therefore it is important to respect and maintain lady's privacy and dignity during this time.
