Kerry was very professional. She put you at ease straight away. Questions asked, label printed, put onto test and placed in the bag. The smear itself was painless and carried out perfectly…. Having had really painful smear tests in the past you anticipate being uncomfortable and in pain…. Not with Kerry….. she is brilliant….. Thankyou Kerry for your kindness, much appreciated x

From the moment I entered the clinic room too when I left Kerry was professional kind and listened to me. Kerry made me feel at ease, explained everything about the process and procedure. I was so relaxed we chatted throughout the appointment and even found time to have a laugh about what was happening which set me further at ease. Kerry was able to judge how transparent to be to engage me and remained professional throughout.
