Karen is very professionally fantastic she well explained the whole procedure to me step by step and she was very informative. I was very anxious at the beginning as I’ve never done cystoscopy before and wasn’t sure what to expect but I was made to feel at ease and during the procedure she made me feel relaxed talking to me all the time explaining everything the cystoscope camera is projecting on the screen. After the procedure she explained the next steps and listened to my questions very carefully. I couldn’t fault Karen, the procedure or any of the other nurses in the room who all were professional and helped make me feel relax. Thanks a lot.
