Really put me at my ease. Even though I said I understood the procedure she added extra explanations that were really helpful. Hurt lots less than when the consultant did it!

On 15/5/19 I attended Kendall Hospital to have stents removed from both ureters. While waiting for my treatment in the day-room I was advised by the man that had been for treatment before me that I was lucky because the nurse on that day was extremely good. This advise proved to be very true. I was treated with the utmost kindness by an incredibly caring and professional nurse. The procedure was undertaken with clear skill and was finished very quickly. I'm immensely grateful to Karen and her team. Thank you very much. Matt Shutt

Karen discussed my procedure ,what was happenning while the camera was in my bladder & her findings. She was extremely empathetic & knowledgable & i felt totally safe in her hands.
