Helen is very dedicated to her work, has been a great team player and has gone the extra mile to help one of my patients whilst I was on annual leave. When I came back the patient told me that Helen had been really helpful and sorted out things for her with her GP that were becoming very stressful. The patient wanted to give feedback for Helen as she felt so relieved that someone helpful answered the phone that day.
