Visited MIU due to something getting in my eye and was treated by Alison. From start to finish she was professional, friendly, reassuring, encouraging and funny. In fact, when she said "Eyeballs are my specialty" I knew I was in safe hands. She checked my eye out thoroughly and found a couple of retinal abrasions for which she told me how to treat them. I was really impressed by the MIU and Alison in particular. Thank you so much for helping me. Thank you too to the Reception staff who were also very friendly and welcoming.

Alison was fantastic this morning. She took great history from me, asked lots of questions, listened and when what was an obvious answer wasn't the only issue she was tenacious in ensuring I got properly followed up. Kind, caring and extremely personally. A great asset to the hospital.

Alison Williams was both caring and professional when I attended with an injury to my left arm caused by a dog.
