Mark came and instantly all my concerns and anxieties vanished,.
Mark has a very unique gift of understanding, patience, calmness and confidence that leaves you in no doubt you are in safe non judgmental hands.
At first I was unsure about having a male nurse dealing with my most intimate health care needs but on first meeting him I was completely reassured and felt very safe with him.
I am always trying to keep my mood positive and I manage this with humour and the fact that Mark responded in a way I could relate to is exactly what I needed.
Mark is available to you via phone at any point and goes above and beyond to reassure you or resolve any issues.
I personally am extremely happy with Mark and would recommend him for anyone who is requesting specialist imput and support.
