I felt really listened to by Hayden, i find it hard to open up but Hayden focused sessions that linked to my interests, sports etc...to get me to trust and open up. i had 7 sessions with Hayden and it has really helped me, i have benefited in some many ways and i deal with my thoughts a lot differently

Hayden was informative and highly skilled and knowledgeable to assist us with our need. As a parent, I felt listened too, informed and the impact Hayden's approach had with my child has resolved lots of anxiety for us all. Hayden is caring and thoughtful and takes the time to understand the individual and adapted the therapy to individual interests which allowed for a connection to open the relationship. We are extremely thankful to Hayden, the progress and change with our child is amazing.

Profile
My background prior to training as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist was in Learning Disability and Mental Health Nursing. I originally qualified in 2009 and my experience has included a range of roles in the NHS including Learning Disabilities, Adult Mental Health and Child and Adolescent Mental Health services. I have practiced in several senior clinical roles and management, supervising other therapists and clinicians.
Alongside my work in the NHS, I offer private Cognitive Analytic Therapy both online and face-to-face.
