I have worked with Advanced Nurse Practitioner Heaps, (Martin) for the last 2 years now. He works at an extremely high level from morning to evening. He has a plethora of knowledge that he uses from his time in ED, the community as a matron. Furthermore he can manage acute and chronic conditions soundly and recognise the sick child and adult well. He is an asset to the NHS and we are proud to be working with him. He has an excellent rapport with staff and patients.
