Lynne arrive on the day and time she said she would. I was able to explain my problems to her. She examined my stoma and answered all my questions. She was extremely helpful and if I had problems in the future I would not hesitate in contacting her. I am an elderly lady living on my own and I felt happy and relaxed in her company Thank you Lynne

very pleasant meeting Lynne for the first time and I felt she took what I was saying about the problems I'm currently experiencing with my stoma very seriously and came up with a few alternatives to help me with any future care and would like to thank her for coming to see me so promptly considering her heavy workload.

Very helpful and friendly with great knowledge. Please note: I don’t identify with anything, I am Male. Please remove this woke nonsense from the questionnaire below. I find it incredibly offensive.
