Emily obviously cares about her patients. She’s friendly and treats everyone with respect and kindness. She took the time to explain what she was doing while treating my mum and broke it down into layman’s terms. She had no problems with me asking questions about the process and never once rushed. A thoroughly dedicated and professional nurse.

Emily is a very friendly nurse. When carrying out procedures, she explains exactly what she's doing and puts you at ease. She explains things in a way that you understand instead of using medical terminology you aren't familiar with.

Emily shows a real passion for her job. You can tell by how she cares and treats her patients. A lot of doctors could learn an awful lot from this lady as without the care,!interpersonal and admin skills that Emily clearly has, they will not succeed as good doctors that people need to trust.
