Caitrin is a good listener, she shows empathy and is professional yet friendly.
She is knowledgeable about stoma care & products.
Even though I’d had 2 stomas for nearly 30 years she checked that I was using products in a correct manner (without being overbearing) and introduced me to new products that care for skin.
She ordered me samples of new pouches and gave me confidence I could manage my new stoma and visited to check everything was ok
She offered a 3rd visit which I refused as I felt confident but was really pleased when she emphasised I could still contact her for advice & she checked I’d her number/email
