I cant think of anything that can be improved on the excellant care i had from all the staff on 6 South Gunnersbury Ward Ealing Hospital.

Nothing could improve the care given by Lyn. She is totally devoted to her vocation only leaving her her position when the job is done not because the time to finish has been reached. She supports the staff who work for her and leads by example ,making them feel happy and confident to do their job. Lyn is very much a part of the team whilst still being able to be the leader commanding their respect. She supported us through the days when we knew that our son was dying. Lyn was there to make us feel comfortable and relaxed answering any questions that we had .We cannot speak highly about Lyn . Our son was disabled and we have had a vast experience of a variety of hospitals and her care was the finest we have ever received .If all nursing staff performed to the standards set by Lyn Wollam we would have a perfect health service.
