Although I have been having problems, Julie has been excellent. She is always just at the end of the phone and deals with me extremely promptly. She is very pleasant and has put all my worries to rest and restored my confidence. Top professional!

Hi, my name is Adrian Potter and I have been under the care of Julie Bird HCA. Julie has been assigned to me as my Stoma nurse and has been absolute fantastic. Every time Julie has came to visit me she has been extremely professional, warm, compassionate and always positive in her approach to making me feel relaxed and comfortable in whatever needed to be discussed or carried out at the time. I place one hundred percent trust in Julie’s expertise and ability therefore recommending her to any future patients. I would also like to mention my first nurse Caitrin Bourke who was also fantastic so well done Ladies, keep up the good work and thank you so much for your kindness and support. Best wishes Adrian

Julie has been so valuable to us in helping my husband find the ileostomy bags that work for him. It has been impossible for him to go anywhere because of leaks. Now his confidence is improving and he is able to think of visiting friends. This is a big break through for him and we are so grateful.
