Jo is a very caring and compassionate nurse who listens and is always just a phone call away. She will help you anyway that she can. A great attribute to the stoma service.
She took the time to explain about the questions I asked and re-assured me about the process, this gave me confidence and an understanding of what was happening.
I found the nurse to be friendly, and exercised good care practices whilst I was under her tuition, also placed the order for more supplies and gave me good advice.
Jo has been in charge of my care since my surgery in June. She has always been extremely helpful and put me at ease as I have adjusted to my stoma. She has answered and dealt with any questions and has contacted me frequently to check on my progress. She has also referred me for support garments to help going forward..
I feel I can always contact her with any future problems.
